Our story
Where genuine cooking, down-to-earth cuisine and scorching embers intertwine

The Amalfi Llama set out to merge the rustic live-fire cooking of Patagonia with the fresh, traditional flavors of Italy. Rooted in authentic techniques and high-quality ingredients, the menu is crafted over an open parrilla grill and a wood-burning oven, from premium steaks and fresh seafood to seasonal Italian-inspired plates.
A family-owned restaurant, our rooms are designed by Cesar de la Parra Coghlan in a modern farmhouse style: warm timber, living greenery and an open kitchen at the heart of every space.
